HAMILTON - Services for John Fred Adams, 68, of 4615 33rd St. will be at 3 p.m. today in the Riley Funeral Chapel in Hamilton with John Lowry, pastor of Park heights Church of Christ here, officiating.
Burial will be in Pottsville Cemetery in Pottsville.
Adams was born in Hamilton County and had lived in Lubbock 31 years. he was a member of Sunset Church of Christ and a veteran of World War II, serving with the U.S. Army. Adams was a retired city of Lubbock employee.
Survivors include his wife, Odessa; two brothers, Frank of Olton and Jack of Goldwaithe, four sisters, Miss Clara Adams and Miss Willie Adams, both of Evant, Mrs. Mable Driver of Amarillo and Mrs. Lera Simpson of Roseburg, Ore.; and several nephews and nieces.
