She was born June 7, 1919, in Campbellsville, Ky., the daughter of Rand and Eva Cook Barnett. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of God in Charlestown.
She is survived by three sons, Donnie Sanders of Scottsburg, Tommy Sanders of Otisco and Mitchell Jeffries of Madison; one daughter, Valda Massey of Alabama; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers and four sisters.
The funeral Took place at 3 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 24th, at Stewart Funeral Home, 80 N. First St., Scottsburg. Burial in Scottsburg Cemetery.
Friends called at the funeral home Saturday, Jan. 24th. from 2 p.m. until the service.
