Domenica "Mamie" Abbate (nee Panfalone), 87, died Monday, March 31, 2008.
Mrs. Abbate is survived by her children, Joseph (Linda) Abbate and Jack Jr. (Cheri) Abbate; grandchildren, Joe Jr., Scott, Jason, Jeffrey, Wayne and Jack Michael and Nicolette "Nikki"; and great-grandchildren, Jessica, Mason and Conner. She was predeceased by her husband, Jack Sr.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Matthias Church, 12509 19 Mile Road (west of Schoenherr), Sterling Heights. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Clinton Township.
Visitation is 3-9 p.m. today, with a 7:30 p.m. Scripture service, at Wujek-Calcaterra and Sons, 36900 Schoenherr Road (at Metropolitan Parkway), Sterling Heights. Additional visitation is 9:30-10 a.m. Wednesday at the church.
