William R. Carlsen, 79, died on September 6, 2006, at his daughter's home in Camarillo. A resident of San Bernardino, Bill served in the
U.S. Navy. He was the owner of Carlsen Motors and Victor Key Tag Company, both in San Bernardino. Survivors include his three daughters, Tracy Gizatullin, Teri Lydiard, and Toni Carlsen; sister, Lovona McVicker; 9 grandchildren, and his companion, Phyllis Hodges. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shalimar, and his daughter, Tami. Services will be Sunday, September 10, 2006, at 2:00 p.m. at Bobbitt Memorial Chapel, 1299 E.
