Jawhar Sadallah Badran 'Joe' Mr. Badran , formerly of Charlotte, NC, passed away peacefully Monday, December 29, 2008 in Delray Beach, FL. He was born in Tallahassee, FL on September 11, 1958 to Sadallah and Khaldiya Badran . He attended Windsor Park Elementary, Eastway Middle and Garinger High School where he graduated in June 1976. He attended Kearney State University in NE. He worked in Florida as a Registered Commodities/Stocks Representative. He volunteered tirelessly on the Diversity Committee for the Broward County School Board, for the betterment of all students. He was also a strong supporter of the peace movement between the Palestinians and Israelis. In addition to his parents, Jawhar 'Joe' is survived by his sisters, Zahira, Linda, Reema and Khulood; nieces, Samar, Leena, and Jenine; nephews, Muhannad, Feras, and Nadir; brothers-in-law, Nael, Eyad, and Bilal. Also, in Charlotte he is survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and a huge extended family throughout the United States, Canada, and Palestine. Also, he leaves to mourn a host of colleagues, and friends throughout Florida. He is loved by all and will be deeply missed. 'Joe, may your soul forever rest in peace.'
