Eileen Aarup, 80, of Mechanicsburg, passed away on Sunday, August 18, 2013, at St. John's Hospital due to an accident.

She was born on July 29, 1933, in Petersburg the daughter of Anthony B. and Thelma Jane Highbaugh Fillbright. She married Carl P. Aarup on October 1, 1955, at the Fifth Presbyterian Church in Springfield, and he preceded her in death on May 7, 1988.

Eileen worked at Brite Lite, worked in ground development, the Brew & Spice Store in Springfield and retired in 2001 from Pryco in Mechanicsburg. She was a member of the Buffalo Hart Presbyterian Church, AARP, ALL, Women's Club, Senior Center and served on the Sewer Board in Tri-City.

Preceded in death by her brother, Robert Fillbright,
She is survived by two sons, Brian and Blane, three grandchildren,
Burial will be in Camp Butler National Cemetery in Springfield.
