Corkie was the first animal that we actually paid for. He was half pekingese & half poodle. His little tail curled up over his back. That is how he got his name. He decided from the beginning that he was my dog. He was quite the character. I loved him so much. He just loved being with me. And I loved having him near me. We have three girls, and they would dress him up as their baby and push him around in there baby buggy. He didn't seem to care. But when the girls was done, he would come and jump on my lap & take a nap.
He really loved it when it snowed. He would run through the yard with his face down like a little snow plow.
We was pals for many years. That little guy will always be in my heart.
