ANDREWS, Margaret "Peggy" (Tebo) - Margaret "Peggy" (Tebo) Andrews, of Granby and formerly of Enfield and Simsbury, entered into her eternal rest on Tuesday, (April 10, 2007). Born in Malone, NY, she was the daughter of the late George and Melvina (Batraw) Tebo. Peggy moved to Connecticut in 1942, where she managed boarding houses for the tobacco industry. From 1960-1974, she owned Peggy's Luncheonette in East Granby and the Koffee Cup in Simsbury. She later owned and operated Peggy's Highway Restaurant in Enfield from 1974-1985 and then was employed by Baypath College. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church in Enfield. Besides many nieces and nephews, she is survived by her longtime friend and caregiver, Idella Veilleux and her hospice volunteer and friend, Judy Conley. She was predeceased by her son, William J. Andrews in 1967, her daughter, Joan M. (Andrews) Cangelosi Casella in 1990, and her husband, Joseph "Joe" William Andrews in 1992. Relatives and friends may gather at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels, 61 South Road, Enfield on Friday morning, April 13, 2007, by 11 a.m. for a funeral procession to Holy Family Church, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Simsbury Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels on Friday morning prior to the services from 10-11 a.m. Memorial donations in Peggy's memory may be made to the Farmington Valley VNA/Hospice Program, 8 Old Mill Lane, Simsbury 06070.
