NEW HAMPTON -- Services for George Ackerson, 80, who died Friday evening at St Joseph's Mercy Hospital in New Hampton, will be 1:20 p.m. Tuesday at the Hage Funeral Home of Charles City; burial in Sunnyside Memory Gardens, Charles City; survivors include one son, Gene of Bellinham, Wash.; two daughters, Mrs June Stedmond and Miss Shirley Ackerson, both of Bellingham, Wash.; a sister, Mrs Irvins Blunt of New Hampton a half-brother, Clarence Acker son of Cedar Falls: two hal sisters, Mrs. Amanda Baker o Cedar Falls and Mrs. lola Brennan of New Hartford.
