A funeral mass for Theodore "Ted" Jerry Brenk, 81, of Rosenberg, will be held at 10:30 a.m., Monday, April 22, 2013 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg. A graveside service, with military honors will be held at 1:30 p.m. at Evergreen Memorial Park in Wharton.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a rosary at 6:30 p.m., Sunday, April 21, 2013 at Davis-Greenlawn Funeral Chapel in Rosenberg.

Ted was born on October 29, 1931 in Wharton to Frank and Mary Brenk. He honorably served our country in the U.S. Army. Ted worked for over 40 years at Gulf States Tubing. He was a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Rosenberg. Ted passed away on April 15, 2013 in Sugar Land.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Marie (Zahn) Brenk; parents, Frank and Mary Brenk and 9 siblings.

He is survived by his daughters, Janet Mezzano and husband, Vince, and Lisa Yarbrough; grandchildren, Nathan and Lauren Mezzano and Trace Yarbrough; siblings, Rose Cervenka and Victor Brenk; brother-in-law, Alphonse J. "Jr" Zahn; along with other family and friends.

Memorial donations may be made in Ted's name to The Holy Rosary Catholic Church Building Fund, 1416 George St., Rosenberg, Texas 77471.

Pallbearers will include Bart Brenk, Matt Brenk, Jay Cervenka, Tom Crayton, Carl Hammermiller and Leroy Stavinoha.
