Mrs. Grace Odem Alexander, age 96, of Wiggins, passed to her eternal rest on, July 27, 2023 at her residence. Grace Alexander was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Wiggins for 72 years. She was the bookkeeper for Alexander Hardware for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents John William and Alene Odem; her husband, Billy Ray Alexander; and siblings Ralph Odem, Columbus Odem, Clara Hudgins, Mirtie Padgett, Gladys Johnson, Johnnie E. Odem, Ola Mae Odem, Evelyn (Buddie) Humphrey, Louise Breazeale, Lois Douglas, Jim Odem, Annie Bell Uchello, Ruth Lott, Jean Drew, Ruby Williams, Helen Rybacek, Joyce Boxx, and baby infant Odem.
Mrs. Grace is survived by her children, Billy (Ellen) Alexander of Long Beach, Brenda (Ron) Dyal of Wiggins, Kathy Gordon of Wiggins, John (Gabrielle) Alexander of Wiggins and Lisa Alexander of Wiggins, her grandchildren, Misty Alexander, Jaimie (Josh) Bolden, Jonathan (Marcie) Dyal, Danielle (Justin) Moore, Cassie (Paul) Hardy, Zane Gordon, Brenton (Kaylee) Alexander, and Julie (Matt) Smith, her ten great grandchildren, Drake Bolden, Alexander Bolden, Grayson Dyal, Walter Dyal, Ava Dyal, Alexa Moore, Alec Hardy, Lyndzie Hardy, Noah Alexander, and Evelyn Alexander, her two sisters, Betty Meade of Sharpsburg, GA and Bonnie Idigpio of Byron, GA.

Services will be held 10:00 a.m., August 1, 2023 at First United Methodist Church Family Life Center in Wiggins with the interment to follow in New Zion Cemetery, Perkinston MS. Visitation will be from 6-8p.m., Monday, July 31, 2023 at First United Methodist Church Family Life Center in Wiggins. Moore Funeral Services Wiggins is in charge of the services.
