JOHN D ATKINSON(sic) DIES
John D. Atkinson, 72 years old, a native of Alabama, died at his home at 1211 36th Ave., Wednesday night.
He was engaged in the mercantile business at McHenry for several years before coming to Gulfport.
The body was taken this morning to McHenry where funeral services were held. Rev. Sheldon Dodge, pastor of Grace Memorial Church officiated. Burial was in the McHenry Cemetery.
