William was survived by his loving wife, Nova "Novie" Clemens Foster; two daughters, Nannie Malone and Delta Bolin; two sons, Charles T. (and Lela) Hurston and Talbert Rexroad "Rex" (and Evelyn Christine) Foster; and a host of other family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Mathey Foster and Abigail "Abbie" Foster.
Burial was in the Foster Cemetery also known has the Foster-Clark Cemetery in Wayne County, Kentucky.
