business for many area companies. He enjoyed geneology and was an avid
Komets hockey fan. He is survived by his wife, Charyl Alexander of Fort
Wayne; mother, Beverly Alexander of Arcola; daughters, Rachel Alexander of
Fort Wayne and Andrea (Joseph) Smeltzer of Roanoke; granddaughter, Mikaylah
Smeltzer; and brother, Mark (Linda) Alexander of Yoder. He was preceded in
death by his father, Eugene DeWitt Alexander. Service is 1 p.m. Tuesday at
Elzey-Patterson-Rodak Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne,
with visitation one hour prior. Visitation also from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at
