Mrs. Anderson, 87, a guest at the Morrisons Cove Home, Martinsburg, formerly of Williamsburg, died Thursday, April 19, 1984, in the home, after an extended illness.
She was born Jan. 18, 1897, in Porter Township, Williamsburg RD, the daughter of Porter G. and Caroline Isenberg, and Sept. 22, 1920, in Cumberland, Md., married Herman L. Anderson.
Surviving are her husband and two sisters, Helen Reeder of Williamsburg and Mildred Tussey of Washington, D.C.
Mrs. Anderson was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church, Williamsburg.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. today and noon to 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the Bolger-Friedline Funeral Home, Williamsburg.
ANDERSON-Services for Esther M. Anderson, formerly of Williamsburg, will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday in the Bolger-Friedline Inc. Funeral Home, Williamsburg, by the Rev. P. Stevens Lynn. Interment in Yellow Spring Lutheran Cemetery. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and noon until time of services Saturday in the funeral home.
