A Mass of Christian Burial for Ada
M. Abbo, a longtime Niagara Falls resident, will be offered at 9:15 a.m.
Thursday in St. Leo's Catholic Church, 2748 Military Road.
Prayers will be
said at 8:45 in Spallino-Amigone Funeral Home, 1300 Pine Ave.
Burial will be
in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
Mrs. Abbo, 77, of 10th Street, died Monday (March
29, 1993) in Mount St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, after a short illness.
Born
in Welland, Ont., she had lived in Niagara Falls for nearly 50 years. She worked
at Warder Paper Box Co. for more than 40 years and was a member of St. Leo's
Church.
Her husband, Dominic, died in 1988.
Surviving are a son, Joseph of
Lewiston; a daughter, Donna Gilbert of North Tonawanda; a sister, Doris Ingraham
of Apsley, Ont.; five grandchildren; and a
great-grandchild.
