He was born on May 18, 1963 in Natchez, MS, to Melvin and Mildred Fortenberry Applewhite. He enjoyed riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle. He was a loving son, brother, dad, uncle, grandfather, and friend.
Preceding him in death were his parents, Melvin and Mildred Fortenberry Applewhite.
Survivors are his daughter, Trista Applewhite of Granville, WV; sisters, Lisa M. Taylor of Norco, LA, and Shari Applewhite Mancuso and husband Nic of McComb, MS; 4 grandchildren; special friend, Mary A. Case; and a host of family and friends.
