Lupe Herrera, 67, passed away April 11, 2003. Survived by his wife Nancy; sister Mary Bradley, brother Pat (Ramona Elizalde) Herrera; children Valerie Herrera, Albert (Darla) Herrera, Steve (Regina) Herrera; former wife Sophie Herrera; children Karen (Terry) Troupe, Kathy Hauck, Keith (Hope) Hauck, Kenneth (Tanya) Hauck; 16 grandchildren, one great-grandson; and numerous family and friends. Visitation was at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary. Funeral service was at All Saints Episcopal Church in Denver, CO

Lupe enjoyed time with his family at all causes. He was a good provider and considered very dedicated to bring out the best in everyone. He involved himself in various attributes to the community and school districts. He loved to coach basball to the youth and always guided them with winning traditions. Lupe growing up had the reputation as a great baseball player. His two sons also were very athletic where one of them played with the Baltimore Orioles farmclub. He was a excellent husband and father. He loved to have barbuques, play golf and joining bowling leagues. His career was one he enjoyed many years. Lupe work for the Post Office as a mailman and eventually retired. He later was divorced and remarried to Nancy Herrera. (Sorry dont know her maiden name)
