Raymond S. Agar Had private law practice in East Falmouth liked boats. He died unexpectedly Nov. 22 in Rocky Hill, N.J. Mr. Agar was born in Columbia, S.C., in 1943, raised in Princeton, N.J., and educated at Princeton Country Day School and New York University. During his youth, he spent many summers in Cataumet and at his mother's house on Red Brook Harbor, sailing and fishing with his cousins. He enjoyed racing anything from sports cars to knockabout sloops.After earning a master's degree in law from NYU, he practiced tax law at several New York Cit Boston firms. He lived in Mount Vernon, N.J., and Boston before moving to East Falmouth, where he maintained a private law practice.In his later years he was devoted to rebuilding and piloting his "cigarette boat" as well as landscaping his property.Survivors include his mother, Nan Agar of Rocky Hill, N.J., and East Falmouth and a grandniece.
