He moved to Alaska in his teens and would take spudnuts to his high school and sell them to make extra money. One summer his father gave him twenty dollars and Kevin and his friend Jack hitch hiked to Montana. They made it back to Alaska for the next school year.
As an adult Kevin worked in Grand Coulee on the dam and then moved to Granger, WA where he owned and ran a Cherry Orchard on Cherry Hill. He was very proud of this.
Kevin had received an award for running into a burning building and waking everyone up and saving their lives. He has traveled and seen many places and many extraordinary things, too many to list! Kevin has definitely left his mark on this world.
He always has a story or a joke to tell and always made people smile, Kevin will be greatly missed!
He is survived by his wife Roseanne (Polione); daughter, Sharla Hoskins; son, Matthew Adamson; four grandchildren and his sister, Valerie Moses and her children.
Kevin was preceded in death by James Adamson, Donna Adamson, Brooks Adamson and Jennifer Adamson.
A Funeral Service for Kevin will be held at Events at Sunset on Friday, December 16, 2016 at 1:00pm, followed by a Graveside Service at Sunset Gardens, both located at 915 ByPass Hwy in Richland. The family invites all to The Village Tavern in Kennewick, for get together to keep celebrating Kevin’s Life.
