Helen (nee Pickard) Alvis of Evanston, a former resident of St. Louis, died April 6 at the Presbyterian Homes in Evanston. She was 92.
She was born Sept. 25, 1912, in Worthington, Ind.
Mrs. Alvis was preceded in death by her husband, Edmund B., and a brother, Theodore Jean.
Survivors include daughter Elizabeth A. Rosenthal of Glenview and two grandchildren.
