Frances Louise Dunn was born to Edward and Cecelia (Navarre) Dunn. Edward was from England and Cecelia was born at the mouth of the Maumee to Alexis and Mary Ann (Cadoret). Alexis was the brother of the famed Scouts of the War of 1812, Robert and Peter Navarre. Frances married George Perry Blank on 21 Nov 1900 in Toledo. The had one child Cecil, informant on the death certificate. Frances had a brother Thomas Edward Dunn and a sister Mary Ann Dunn (Mrs. Walter H. Bennett). The Bennetts are also buried in Toledo Memorial Park.
