Date and place of birth are from A Genealogical History of Robert Adams of Newbury, Mass., and His Descendants, 1635-1900, Andrew N Adams, The Tuttle Co., Printers, Rutland, VT, 1900, page 388.

Date and place of death are from another Find-a-Grave member. The 1930 US census shows Ruben O Adams living in USA, NY, Erie, Buffalo, with his wife, Sarah A (Lawton) Adams, daughter Pearl E Adams, and son Oliver R Adams. The 1940 US census shows Sarah as a widow, still living in USA, NY, Erie, Buffalo, with her daughter Pearl.

There is no date of death shown on Ruben's marker in Dickersonville Cemetery. Likewise, there are no dates of death for Beda and John Adams, who are also listed on the same marker, but who are known to be buried elsewhere. It is, therefore, not presently clear that Ruben is buried here. This marker may have been just a listing of family members.
