Funeral services for Ernest Eugene Creach were held Sat., July 5, 1986 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Baptist Church of Hammon with Rev. Horace Elliott officiating. Burial was at the Red Hill Cemetery, under the direction of Martin Funeral Home.

Ernest Creach was born August 23, 1912 in Hammon, Okla. He passed away July 1, 1986 in the St. Anthony Hospital in OKC.

Mr. Creach grew up in Hammon where he graduated from high school and then attended Southwestern State College in Weatherford. He was married to Virginia Lou Drinnon on Oct. 24, 1947 in Wheeler, Tx. He entered the Air Force in 1942 and he was discharged in 1965. After his retirement from the Air Force, he was employed in the Civil Service for the Air Force as a supervisor of aircraft mechanics at Burns Flat Air Force Base and Beale Air Force Base in Marysville, Calif. They returned to OKC, after his retirement from the Civil Service in 1974 where they lived since. He had been in the hospital a week prior to his death.

He is survived by his wife of the home; five sons; Wally E. Creach of Bixby, Okla.; Wayne Scott Creach of Spokane, Wash.; Paul Wayne Secton-Creach of Hammon; Dan Creach, Newcastle, Okla.; and Bill Creach of Chanute, Kansas.

Other survivors include four daughters: Colleen Creach, Tulsa, Okla.; Marlene Gilleland,[sic] Tuttle, Okla.; Alana Reid, Piedmont, Okla.; and Darlene Duffy, OKC.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Hazel Hollingsworth.
