Anthony J. Andidora, 59, of Carbondale, PA., died Tuesday afternoon, September 27, 2011 at the Carbondale Nursing and Rehab Center, Carbondale, after a lengthy illness. Born November 10, 1951 in Carbondale, PA., he was the son of the late Dominick "Magrag" and Margaret "Maggie" (Scalamonti) Andidora. He was a graduate of the Benjamin Franklin High School and was a member of Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, both of Carbondale. He was employed for many years at the family business, The Carawanna Lunch in Carbondale. He enjoyed building and collecting scale model military planes, tanks and vehicles. He was an avid hunter and belonged to the Four Seasons Hunting Lodge. The funeral was held Friday, September 30, 2011 at 9:00 AM from the Carmine J. & Louis C. Parise Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Inc., Farview and 41st Streets, Carbondale, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 15 Fallbrook Street, Carbondale. Interment, St. John's Cemetery, Jessup, PA.
