Rebecca passed away at 1:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 19, 2013, in her residence.

She is the daughter of Ronald and Rose Marie Duban Peterson.

Rebecca was a self-employed child care provider. She was a 1976 graduate of Logansport High School and a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church.

Rebecca was a very giving person. She enjoyed baking and canning. She very much loved her family and enjoyed her time with them during the holidays and at family cookouts. She also enjoyed collecting bells.

Surviving are her father; daughters Laura Peterson and Amber Peterson; brother Timothy (Missy) Peterson; sisters Deborah (Randy)Britt, Cynthia Campbell, Lynn Shepard, Mary (Harold II) Wagner, and Jennifer Peterson.

Also surviving are her grandchildren, Kendra Peterson, Kiera Peterson, and Kristian Peterson; a great granddaughter, Aubrie Dawson; and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

Her mother and her fiance, Donald Devericks, preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, December 27, 2013, at Kroeger Funeral Home. Pastor Brandon Hudson officiated.
