Mrs. Mabel Stephens Bentsen,
34, died at her home in Rawlins,
Wyoming Tuesday, where the
Bentsen's had been living the last
seven months. She was born in
Bennington, January 16, 1908, the
daughter of the late Isaac Stephens
and Mrs. Stephens.
Surviving are her husband, Carl
Bentsen, one daughter, Caroline;
her mother, Mrs. Mary Stephens
of Montpelier; two sisters, Mrs.
Calvin Nielsen of Los Angeles
and Mrs. Royal Peterson of Bonners
Ferry; and two brothers,
Claude Stephens and Lyle Stephens,
both of Montpelier.
Funeral services will be held
in the Montpelier Fourth ward
chapel at 1 o'clock Saturday.
The remains are at the F. M.
Williams Mortuary.

The remains Of Mrs. Mabel Stephens
Bentsen, who died yesterday morning
at her home following a lengthy
illness, were sent to Montpelier,
Idaho, this afternoon by Collins-
McKelvey mortuary for services
and interment.
Survivors of the deceased are her
husband Carl Bentsen of Rawlins; a
daughter Caroline of Rawlins; her
mother, Mrs. Mary Stephens of Mont-
pelier; two brothers, Lyle and Claude
Stephens, both of Montpelier; and two
sisters, Mrs. Mary Ellen Petersen of
Booners Ferry, Idaho, and Mrs. Cleon
Nielsen of California.
