Eva was the wife of Frank Hess. They married on 22 Aug 1854 and they had six children: Francis, Pauline, Henry, Mary Rosalia, Eva, and Anna. Frank died in 1886 and at some later date she married a Mr. Amburst. Eva died of apoplexy at The Little Sisters of the Poor at the age of 80.
