Josephine was born to Jose Maria L'Esperance and Placida Archuleta and graduated from Las Vegas High School. She and Faustin moved to Brighton soon after they were married on June 26, 1946 in Las Vegas. She was a homemaker, had earned a certificate as an LPN, and was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church and Legion of Mary. Survivors beside her husband included daughters in Ft. Collins and Arvada, her sister in Brighton, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Preceding were both parents, her sons Thomas, Joseph and Mark, two brothers and three sisters. Rosary on August 16 followed by Mass of Christian Burial on August 17 were both held at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Memorial contributions made to Hospice of Metro Denver, 425 S. Cherry St., Suite 700, Denver.
