Daniel Wesley Clingaman is the son of Peter Minnich Clingaman and Edith H. (Leu) Clingaman. His grandfather and namesake was Daniel A. Clingaman, the last living Civil War veteran in Ohio. He wrote a mini biography of his grandfather (my great grandfather) "Uncle Dan" Clingaman. I have a copy in my possession.
