Abbott, Norman, of St. Peters, Missouri, died on Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at the age of 83. Loving husband of Margaret Abbott (NEE: Felin); beloved son of the late Walter and Lizzie Abbott; devoted father of four children and their spouses, cherished grandfather of twelve grandchildren, treasured great-grandfather of two, dear brother of three siblings. Norman is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He is preceded in death by four siblings, Dewey Abbott, Harvey Abbott, Lottie King, and Emma Southard; and a granddaughter, Jessica Schmitt. Norman was employed as an electrician at McDonald-Douglas for 17 years; he was a member of IBEW Local #1; and he retired from the U.S. Air Force after 21 years of service, two years of which he served in the Army.
