The funeral for Mrs Dorothy M Abraham, 62, 318 W Salem Ave, Arlington Heights, formerly of Pontiac, will be held Friday at 2pm at the Raleigh J Harris Funeral Home. The Rev Craig Wagner of the First Lutheran Church will officiate and burial will be in the Rowe cemetery. Friends may call after noon Friday at the funeral home. Mrs Abraham died at 10am Wednesday, Oct 3,1984, at her home. She was born May 15,1922, at Pontiac, a daughter of August and Lena (Marcks) Rabe and was educated in Pontiac schools. She married Oliver Abraham at Kentland,Ind., on July 8,1940. She was employed for over 20 years by Bennett Brothers Wholesale Catalog Company in Chicago. Mrs Abraham was a former member of the First Lutheran Church by Pontiac. Survivors include her husband; 2 sons, John D of Wheaton and Dennis of Hoffman Estates; her mother Mrs Lena Hutson of Pontiac; 2 brothers, Delbert Rabe of Dwight and AlvinRabe of Norfolk,Va; 1 sister, Aldine McGregor of Delavan,Wis.; and 3 grandchildren.
