Brian K. Adams of Cuba, Missouri was born February 1, 1967 at St. Louis, Missouri to Ralph and Veda L. (nee Leslie) Adams and passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2012 at Cuba, Missouri at the age of 45 years.
Brian spent his earlier years as a drywaller and a handy man. He then spent years taking care of family members who needed his help and in the last few months it was family who helped take care of Brian. Brian enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards with his friends and always had a good sense of humor. He was quite the storyteller and always had everyone laughing. He will now get to watch all the Cardinal Baseball games.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Veda Adams; one brother, Michael Adams; one nephew, Daniel Adams; one brother-in-law, Melvin Makara.
He is survived by his four brothers, Ralph Adams, Jr. of Cuba, Missouri, Tony and wife Pat Dixon of St. Louis, Missouri, Gary Adams of Glen Allan, Missouri and Martin Adams of Cuba, Missouri; six sisters, Jackie Makara of Cuba, Missouri, Carolyn and husband Donald Bowolak of St. Louis, Missouri, "Jeannie" Barbara and husband Michael Zobrist of Cuba, Missouri, Debbie and husband Michael Evans of St. Louis, Missouri, Sandra and husband James Mendoza of Cuba, Missouri and Terri and husband Jim Tyler of Cuba, Missouri; other relatives and friends.
Visitation was Sunday, April 1, 2012 from 11 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. at the Mizell Funeral Home in Cuba, Missouri.
Graveside services were at 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 1, 2012 at the Kinder Cemetery.
