After a year of battling and smiling through her cancer Patricia is at rest. She wanted to help everybody. She spent her 40's running her own computer consulting company and having her first and only daughter. In her 50's she lost her business and her savings as her husband developed Parkinsons disease, but didn't hesitate to adopt Michael Early while he was in his late teens. In her 60's she would organize marches and picket against big business, low wages, and politicians, all while working three jobs to support her disabled veteran husband.
Even in her darkest days she had surrounded herself with positive energy. She tamed more feral cats than any woman ever known. She made the best sweet potatoes and her beef stew even made the cow go "Mmmm". She loved science fiction and fantasy, and it was a rare day she didn't have a book in her hands.
The staff at her nursing home just loved her because she was so pleasant and bright even when she was suffering. Everybody who was around her couldn't help but smile back.

Patricia is survived by her husband, Leonard Angel; daughter, Kaitlan Angel; son, Michael Early; brother James and wife Teressa; nieces, Tish Evans and Cristina Peterson.
