Scott A. Fall, 51, of Hart's Hill Circle, passed away on Tuesday, July 7, 2015, after a short but courageous battle with lung cancer.

He was born on April 27, 1964, a son of the late Richard E. And June (Seigler) Fall. He grew up in Clark Mills and graduated in 1982 from Clinton Central School. On April 26, 1986, he married Margaret "Peggy" Mario. Scott worked at Midstate Correctional Facility where he attained the rank of Sergeant and was affectionately known as "The Fall Guy". Previously he worked at Marcy, Mohawk and Oneida Correctional Facilities.

Scott's main joy in life was spending time with his family. He was known for being very giving of himself and going out of his way to help others. He possessed an infectious smile and a heart of gold.
He enjoyed wing night almost every Wednesday with the guys at Pizza Boys.
He was a fan of "The Walking Dead", enjoyed watching classic car shows and passing down his love of old movies to his son Zack. He was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and enjoyed bowling and playing softball.

He is survived by the love of his life, Peggy; two children, Alicia Fall and her fiancé Michael Spohn, and Zackary Fall; two grandchildren, Hailey Joan and Gianna Rose Spohn; brother Stephen Fall and companion Lori Satterlee; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Pat and Jim Hayes and Carol and Frank Parker; his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, including Amber Mould and Donnie Irizzary, Peter Mould, Dan and Jennie Hayes and their son Miles, Joe and Danna Hayes, Jennie Hayes and Brandon Buonomo, Katie Parker and Justin Fitts and Laura Parker; special friends Brad and Teresa Steele, John and Mary Lourdes Durdan, Jim and Liz Walker, Dominick Cittadino, the gang at Joe's Pizza including Philly and Becky, and all of his former coworkers at Midstate Correctional Facility.

He was predeceased by his parents; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Caroline Joan and Salvatore Mario; his sister Roxanne Mould and her husband Pete Mould; and great-nephew Donovan.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Church of the Annunciation, Clark Mills. Burial at Kirkland Cemetery.
