CONNIE J. WINNARD-CHILDERS, 43, wife of James Childers of Irvine, KY passed away Thursday, August 21, 2014 at her home in Irvine, KY. She was born in Newport Beach, CA, on February 24, 1971, a daughter of the late Delbert Winnard and Linda (Cook) Henry. She was a housewife, diligently caring for her nine children. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter and grandmother.
Along with her husband of 12 years, James, Connie is survived by her mother, Linda Henry of Imlay City, MI; two daughters, Jaime Childers and Jessica Childers, both of Irvine, KY; seven sons, Justin (Kera) Carson, Tommy Carson III, Travis Carson, Zachery Carson, all or Irvine, KY, Joseph (Katie) Carson of Imlay City, MI, Ryan Childers of Imlay City, MI and Tom Childers of Marlette, MI; seven grandchildren and man other loving family members and friends.
Funeral services were held Sunday, August 24, 2014 in the Booneville Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Mike Spencer officiating. Burial was in the Childers Cemetery in Wide Creek, KY.
