Robert Chinnery, his wife Faith and their son, James - who died of typhoid fever in South Africa, while serving in the South African War - are each memorialized on a stone that I originally researched because it notes a distant relative of mine, Mary Banks. I believe that I understand correctly that Robert and Faith themselves are at rest at Old Ballara, while they made certain to note their son James, his circumstances of dreath and his final resting place, as well.

I do not know who the Chinnery individuals are to Mary Banks; I have found a few other members of the Chinnery name in the same cemetery, but there seem to be no immediate clues as to this puzzle...I will continue to research this matter and update this page, accordingly.
