Delia Conklin
Delia Conklin, wife of Elmer Conklin, of 52 Ulster Ave., Walden, died on Tuesday (Sept. (, 1947) at the home of her daughter in Ilion, N.Y. She was 75 years old and had been ill only a short time.
Mrs. Conklin was born in Haverstraw on Aug. 6, 1872, a daughter of the late John K. and Josephine Korkey Terwilliger. She had lived in Walden for the past 70 years.
She was a member of the Walden Methodist Church and the Eclipse Rebekah Lodge.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Mildred Dunworh of Llion; a son, Harold Conklin of Walden; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held on Friday at 2 p.m. from the home in Walden with the Rev. Edward G. Wahl officiating, burial will be in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery under direction of G. S. Millspaugh.
