The Funeral for Clara A. Brown, 82, 620 N. Fifth, will be at 2 p.m. Monday in the Belden Sexton Sumpter Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Fr. William Landwehr of Sacred Heart Church will officiate. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Kickapoo.
Mrs Brown died this morning in Cushing Memorial hospital. She was a life long resident of Leavenworth.
She was a member of Byron H. Mehl Unit 23 American Legion Auxiliary 23 and George E White Veterans of Foreigh Wars Auxiliary 56.
Survivors include a sister, Mrs Frances Monahan, and a niece Mrs Catherine Tuttle, both of Leavenworth.
The family has suggested memorial to the Heart Fund. Friends may call at Belden Sexton sumpter Funeral Chapel after 10 a.m. Saturday.
