Martha Bullard
Martha Bullard, 87, Leavenworth, died Monday morning, Jan., 9, 1989, at Colonial Manor of Lansing.
The funeral is at 10 a.m. Thursday at Belden Funeral Chapels with burial in Mount Muncie Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral chapel.
Mrs. Bullard was born Sept. 29, 1901, in Wyandotte County the daughter of Wiley and Mary Morgan Perry. After 22 years she retired in 1966 from the S.S. Kresge Company. She was a member of the First Baptist Church.
She was married to Frank W. Bullard May 11, 1926, in Leavenworth. He preceded her in death in 1965.
Mrs. Bullard is survived by two daughters, Billie Chesney, Kings Port, Tenn., and Shirley Collie, Glen Ellyn, Ill; 11 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death fry four brothers, Wiley Perry, William Perry, Frank Perry and Robert Perry; and four sisters, Mettie Florence, Mallie Downs, Claire Waddell and Grace Perry.
The family suggests memorials to First Baptist Church or Lansing First Baptist Church.
