Kelsey was a loving husband and father of five children, grandfather, gr-grandfather and gr-gr-grandfather. He was born in Pismo Beach, CA and lived his entire life in San Luis Obispo County. He worked as a Hostler for Southern Pacific Railroad from the time he was 16 until he retired at age 65. He had many friends and was loved very much by his family. He was a Christian, he loved God and Jesus, and was a member of the Santa Margarita Community Church where he helped to build their new church. He and Helen lived the last years of their lives in the Colonial Mobile Home Park in San Luis Obispo until they were both taken to their permanent home with their Father.
