John " Jack" Barcroft Jr., 77, Indianapolis, passed away October 22, 2010. He was born October 4, 1933 to the late John F. and Lorraine (Geiger) M. Barcroth Sr. Survivors include; daughter Lori Ann Barcroft; sisters, Beverly Minton, Carol Harris; 3 grandsons and 2 great-granddaughters and 2 great-grandsons. Jack was a U.S. marine veteran. Jack worked for Sheet Metal Union as a Journeyman Welder for 30 years, retiring in 1988. Jack led a true life of humbleness and placed the needs of others before his. He was a father to all. He loved his daughter with everything he had. He was a generous man and dedicated to the Lord. He was greatly loved and will be greatly missed. A funeral service will be held Wednesday Oct. 27 at Noon in Wilson St. Pierre Singleton & Herr Chapel, 7520 Madison Ave, friends may call two hours prior. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery.
