Louise is the daughter of Jessie Bama Jones and Jim Sing.

Louise married Thomas Nathaniel Pounders on December 23, 1933, in Desoto, MS, and had two children:

Louise participated in a project of the National Congress of Daughters of the American Revolution in cooperation with the Homemakers Extension Service. The project was touring South Mississippi County Arkansas, visiting old cemeteries and copying tombstone inscriptions of early pioneers, particularly all war veterans in any of America's wars.

The Osceola Extension Homemakers Club (1967-68) made and delivered stuffed toys each Christmas. Louise loved to craft and contribute to this effort.

The 1920 Census shows the home address for Louise Sing as Beat 2, Desoto, MS, at Eudora and Memphis Road.

Louise's father, James Sing's father, her grandfather, is James A. (Ance) Sing born 1836 North Carolina, married to Jane Dees, the former Lettie Jane Stewart b. 1849 December.
There is a $200 marriage bond taken in Desoto, MS for Jim to marry Jane.
