Services for Johnny B. Coutee, 79, of Austin, TX will be held Saturday, August 2, 2014 at 3 p.m. in the Cook-Walden/Capital Parks Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, August 1st from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Coutee was born April 1, 1935 and passed away July 23, 2014. Johnny was born in San Augustine, Texas, to the late Clarence and Climmie Coutee. He was the brother of Lola Hamilton, Paul Coutee and James Coutee (both deceased), Gerald Coutee, Lillian Spencer and Joe Herman Coutee. Johnny married Helen Dodd and together they had eight children.
