My Aunt; she the youngest child (and only daughter) of Herbert & Mildred Kearns. She grew up & was educated in the Hingham School system. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts w/a Bachelors in Biology. She obtained her Masters from Boston University. She worked as a Bacterioligist in Boston. She suffered many tragedies in her lifetime, which eventually affected her mental stability. She spent the last 20 years of her life riding her bicycle around the South Shore area of Massachusetts. The last 10 years of her life were spent living in a small trailer on her property which had no utilities...so she would burn paper, rags, etc in a tin can for heat during the winter months. One cold morning in January, her trailer caught fire & she burned to death. As an active member of St.Paul's Catholic Church, 200 people attended her funeral, which was covered by the local media.
