Brett died due to injuries from an auto accident. He was 39 years old. He is the beloved son of Sylvia Birdcreek Crawford, and step-son of Joe Crawford both of Weleetka, Oklahoma. Brett attended the Weleetka Public school system from kindergarten thru graduation in 1976, where he was a proud Weleetka football player. He was a fan of the Gators, KC Royals, and Minnesota Vikings. He, also, loved to watch NASCAR. Preceding him in death were his grandparents, Eugene and Dora Mae Birdcreek, also of Weleetka. Besides his parents, he is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends--he was especially close to his cousin, Kaleb. Brett will be missed by his family and friends.
