Daniel B. Barton, age 63, of Howell, passed away Sunday, October 6, 2013. He was born April 20, 1950 in Highland Park, MI, the son of Bruce M. and Louise (Gentry) Barton.

Beloved husband of Debbie P. (Sims) Barton whom he married September 9, 2006. Dear father of Jon-Marc (Sarah) Barton, Seth Barton, and Caleb Barton; also survived by his brother, Mark (Pam) Barton.

Daniel graduated from Crestwood High School; Class of 1968 in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. He was a very talented carpenter, and master mechanic who had the opportunity to work on experimental vehicle development at General Motors. He was an avid outdoorsman; he had a special talent which enabled him to connect with wildlife and all of nature. He saw and appreciated the little things in life. Daniel was well known and recognized by his unique mustache; he was talented with math and numbers. Daniel was a member of Cornerstone Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
