Services for the Rev. Erskine John Adams, 73, of Fresno will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the A.M. Fellowship Baptist Church. Burial will be in Fowler District Cemetery.

He was born in Oklahoma and had lived in Fresno for 22 years. He was the assistant pastor of the church.
Surviving are his wife, Bertha N.; two stepsons, Kerrilue Johnson, Jr. of Santa Clara and Albert B. Johnson of Fresno; a daughter, Marie White of Redwood City; a brother, George of Los Angeles; four sisters, Eula White and Geneva Ealey, both of Oklahoma, Nona Sullivan of Nebraska and Jewell Whatley of Stockton; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
The Jesse E. Cooley Jr. Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
