Kevin was transferred from Willowbrook to Bronx State Hospital two months before his death and that's where he died. I don't know why he was transferred nor do I know his exact cause of death. The New York State Archives (where Willowbrook records are stored) makes it extremely difficult to obtain records, even on a relative as close as a brother. So strangers that work there can easily look at Kevin's file but I can't. It makes no sense.
