Reva Eleanor (Baldwin) Abbott, age 70, of Weidman (Isabella County), Michigan, died Friday, October 1, 1993, at Central Michigan Community Hospital, in Mt. Pleasant (Isabella County), Michigan.
Mrs. Abbott was born August 30, 1923, in Olivet (Eaton County), Michigan to Orren and Estella (Jones) Baldwin.
Mrs. Abbott was a resident of the Weidman area for the past 35 years. She married Orval Abbott, on March 20, 1942, in Lansing (Ingham County), Michigan, where they lived until 1945, while Orval was in the United States Army.
They moved to Middleton, Michigan and lived there until 1957, when they moved to Weidman (Isabella County), Michigan.
Services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Monday at the Daggett Funeral Home in Barryton, Michigan, with the Reverend Marvin Eldridge officiating and interment will be in the Fairview Cemetery in Weidman (Isabella County), Michigan.
Friends may call the funeral home today from 2:00 to 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 to 9:00 P.M. and on Monday from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the service.
Mrs. Abbott is survived by three sons, Carl Charles (Karen Sue) Abbott, of Shepherd (Isabella County), Michigan, Kenneth Eldon (Ruth) Abbott, of Alma (Gratiot County), Michigan and Donald Albert Abbott, of Lake, Michigan; two daughters, Beverly (Larry) Smith, of Port Sanilac, Michigan and Judy (Jerry) Corr, of Lansing (Ingham County), Michigan; 34 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Wilbur.
Memorials are suggested to the Weidman Baptist Church.
